POSB6 Rod-End Bearing with Right Hand Thread. Rod-End bearings, also called heim joints or spherical rod ends, are articulating joints that are attached to the ends of tie rods, steering links, and cylinders to provide a transfer of motion and force between two points. POSB6 bearings consists of a spherical swivel with a cylindrical bore pressed into a housing with a threaded shank.
